The WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ is one of the most unique, affordable, and flexible beauty and lifestyle subscription plans in Malaysia! With just a click of a button, a skincare or nutritional food product of your choice will be delivered to you at your doorstep each month from as low as RM50 only.
How much is the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™?
The WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ is affordably priced at RM118 for the 1st month and RM50 for the subsequent months.
With as low as RM50, you'll get to choose from 10 different WonderDewi products including the WonderDewi 14-Day Wonder Kit, WonderDewi-C Fruit Juice Drinks, WonderDewi GudGut™, Boost ‘N Bloom Kit and WonderDewi FeelGud Rosemary Body Wash (500ml), WonderDewi Vita Gentle Cleanser (100ml), WonderDewi Vita Balance Toner (100ml), WonderDewi Vita Repair Moisturiser (50ml), WonderDewi GudVibes B Gummies and WonderDewi GudVibes F Gummies.
You also have the option to add-on up to five products for an extra RM50 each.
What are the products available under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™? Are there any restrictions to the selection of products offered under the beauty and lifestyle subscription plan?
When you subscribe to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ you'll have the flexibility to choose any 1 of the 10 different WonderDewi products to be delivered right to your doorstep for free each month!
These products includes the following 10 products:

To begin, you will need to choose either of the following products as your starter product to be delivered to your home for the first month and to kick off your subscription:

- - WonderDewi-C Fruit Juice Drinks (3 boxes of WonderDewi-C Date & Pineapple Mixed Fruit Juice Drink); or
- - WonderDewi FeelGud Rosemary Body Wash (2x 500ml bottles).

Following this, you are free to choose from any of the 10 products for the following months. You also have the option to add-on up to five products for an extra RM50 each.

At the moment, the product options under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ are only limited to the 10 WonderDewi product options.

All you need to do is head to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ page on our official website (www.wonderLab.com.my) and click on the 'Shop Now' button or click on the 'All Product' tab on our website and look for the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ listing to subscribe!
How can I select the product I want for my next product delivery under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™?
If you're subscribed to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, an email with a link to select your next product under the plan will be sent to you each month. Alternatively, you can also make your selection by clicking on the profile icon on the top right corner of our website! You'll have up to the end of the month to select your desired WonderDewi product to be delivered to you!

What if the product I've selected under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ has discontinued before delivery?
You will be notified via an email to reselect your product to be delivered next month. If no alternative selection is made, the WonderDewi 14-Day Wonder Kit will be automatically delivered to you
When do I pay each month and when do I select the product I want for my next product delivery under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™?
Under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, you will need to select the following month’s product in advance while payment for the month’s product will be done within the same month.
For example, you will select September’s product in August (selection done in advance). Whereas payment for September’s product will only be charged in September. Once you’ve paid and the payment is processed in September, your order will be delivered to you within 3-5 days.
Is there any subscription commitment? / How many months must I commit to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™?
The WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ is a monthly beauty and lifestyle subscription plan that requires ZERO commitment. This means you can cancel your plan at any time!
Is there a limit to how many WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscriptions I can have / be subscribed to at any point?
Yes, ONE (1) NRIC number can only be used to subscribe to a MAXIMUM of THREE (3) WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscriptions at any given point in time.
How can I make payment for the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™?
WonderLab practices a cashless payment process and all payments are done online through our online sales platforms, either through the WonderLab offical website or any of the WonderLab E-Brandstores unique to each sales agent (WonderStar).
When subscribing to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, you'll be asked to key in your payment details through our WonderLab official website when you checkout and the payment for the subsequent months will be auto deducted from your account.
Can I pay in cash?
Unfortunately, not. WonderLab practices a cashless payment process, and all payments are done online through our online platforms, either through the WonderLab official website or any of our WonderLab E-Brandstores.

I have just cancelled / terminated my subscription. When will be the last product delivery?
The last product delivery upon the cancellation / termination of your WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ will depend on when the request for cancellation / termination is made.
If you have cancelled / terminated your WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ before / on the 15th, the last product delivery will be made on the same month. However, if the cancellation / termination is made after the 15th , the following month's product delivery will be the last delivery.
*i.e. Cancellation / termination is made before / on 15th March, the last product delivery will be in March; if the cancellation / termination is made after 15th March,the last product delivery will be in April.
I have just cancelled / terminated my WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription but have already made payment for this month. Can I request a refund since the product hasn't been delivered to me?
Unfortunately not. All payments made and orders processed are non-refundable; hence we will be delivering the last subscribed product to you.

While most of our products under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ have been carefully crafted and sourced from South Korea; our WonderDewi-C Fruit Juice Drinks, WonderDewi FeelGud Rosemary Bodywash and WonderDewi Vita Series are developed in Malaysia; WonderDewi GudGut™ is developed in Taiwan; while our WonderDewi GudVibes Gummies are made in China and Halal-certified.

Is the product delivery free?
Yes! Once your order for the month under your WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ is confirmed (product selected & payment processed), your order will be delivered to your doorstep within 3-5 days for free!
I have selected the product I want through the link sent via email to me / the My Account feature on your website. When will it be delivered to me?
The product selected under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ will be delivered to you 3-5 days after the payment has been processed.
I would like to change / update my delivery address and details.
No problem! To change/update your address:
Step 1: Head over to our website at wonderlab.com.my
Step 2: Click on the button on the top right corner of the website.
Step 3: Log into your account.
Step 4: Click on the 'My Flexi Goood Plan™' tab.
Step 5: Select the subscription you wish to modify and click 'Edit'.
Step 6: Edit your delivery address and click 'Save' to change / update your delivery address.
*Note: The change of address is limited to only once per year.
Since I have multiple WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscriptions, can the products selected from different subscriptions be shipped to different addresses?
Yes! You could choose to have different delivery addresses for different subscriptions; but, do note that the subscriptions have to be checkout separately.
*Notes:
-If you have checkout multiple subscriptions at one time, you may change / update the delivery addresses for the respective subscriptions manually.
- To change / update your delivery address manually, log into 'My Account' at our website (www.wonderlab.com.my), click on the 'My Flexi Goood Plan™' tab and click on the subscription you wish to modify, then click 'Edit' to change / update to make the necessary changes and click 'Save' to keep your changes.
- The change of address is limited to only once per year.
I have selected my desired product and made a payment. Will I get a tracking number to track the delivery status of my product?

The manufacturing / expiry date of the product(s) delivered is older than I expected. Can I exchange it?
Unfortunately not. We do not accept exchange request(s) unless the product(s) delivered is expired or damaged.
Rest assured that all products delivered have undergone quality checks, which also includes checking the products' shelf life, before shipping out to you.
The product(s) I used has resulted in an unpleasant sensation / reaction on my skin. Can I return the product(s) and request a refund?
We are truly sorry that the product(s) has resulted in an unpleasant sensation / reaction on your skin. However, we would like to share that all WonderLab products, including the ones offered under the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™, have undergone rigorous testing for safe application. Each product will also undergo several quality control checks before being delivered.
That said, the results upon usage may vary depending on one's skin type, sensitivity, age, skincare product combinations, skin care history, as well as how the product(s) is applied and stored.
Before use, you are advised to apply the product to a small area of your skin to test / check for sensitivity or allergic reaction. Adjust the usage accordingly should irritation occur; if the irritation persists, discontinue use; and, in the unlikely case of severe irritation, please seek professional medical advice.
WonderLab accepts no responsibility or liability for any adverse consequences resulting directly or indirectly from the use of our products. Therefore, we do not accept any application for Product Return / Exchange / Refund Requests.
I have removed the product(s) from its original packaging, but I have never used it. Can I return it?
Unfortunately not. We do not accept return(s) if the packaging of the product(s) has been removed.
How do I request a refund if I have accidentally paid twice / made a double payment for my WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ subscription?
Don't worry. If you have accidentally made a payment twice this month, the payment will be brought forward to your next month's subscription payment.

I received a damaged / defective product(s), what should I do?
Don't worry. In the rare event you have received a defective product, kindly follow the steps below for an easy and hassle-free exchange process:
1. Take a clear picture of the damaged / defective product(s);
2. Ensure that the product(s) is appropriately packed;
3. Attach the purchase invoice to the packed product(s);
4. Contact our Customer Service Representative via email at info@wonderlab.com.my or drop us a message via our official social media pages within seven (7) days after receiving the product(s) to facilitate the exchange process.
*Note: The postal fee of the defective product exchange shall be borne by the Company and the replacement product(s) will be delivered to you at the Company’s cost. However, the Company shall not be responsible for any damaged packaging such as partly torn or ripped off cover, broken package, breakage, and packing torn due to mishandling by the courier company, including during the delivery or transportation by the courier company.
How do I return / exchange my product(s)?
Unfortunately, we do not accept any product return / exchange once the product(s) has been removed from its original packaging. However, the return / exchange of product(s) or refund can be arranged under the following reasons:
1. You have received a defective* or expired product(s); or
2. You have received a different product(s) from what you have ordered.
Any other reason for replacement or exchange of product(s) will not be accepted.
All requests for product(s) return / exchange or refund must be done within seven (7) days after the product(s) has been received.
*Defective also refers to tampered packaging (i.e. broken or unsealed pouches) or bloated pouches for the WonderDewi-C Fruit Juice Drinks.
I live in Singapore / Indonesia. Can I subscribe to the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™?
Thank you for your interest. Unfortunately, we are not present in Singapore / Indonesia at the moment. As such, the WonderDewi Flexi GOOODPLAN™ will not be available to those who reside in Singapore / Indonesia.
